Life Span
The Planning AHEAD series was created to address most aspects of end-of-life planning. There are a total of 7 modules examining:
- Health care wishes
- Financial responsibilities
- Legal requirements and documentation
- Distribution of personal property
- End-of-life decisions
- Dealing with grief
- The emotional ramifications of all of the above
The program is designed both for those who want to prepare for their own passing to make things easier for family members and for those who have or are in the process of losing a loved one and are dealing with the transition.
If you are interested in hosting a program in the community or your place of work please contact katie.daul@wisc.edu.
