Caregivers’ Compass

💚 National Family Caregivers Month: Find Your Compass

Caregiving can bring moments of joy, unexpected challenges, and times when you’re not quite sure which direction to go. You don’t have to navigate the journey alone.

This National Family Caregivers Month, we’re highlighting a local opportunity for caregivers to connect, share experiences, and build practical skills to support their caregiving journey!

🧭 Caregivers’ Compass: Learn. Share. Connect.

This free, supportive series is designed for those caring for others. Each session offers an opportunity to connect with fellow caregivers, learn new skills, and find direction along the way.

🌿 Topics include:
💚 Finding Moments of Joy
💚 Compassion Resiliency
💚 Handling Transitions
💚 Self Advocacy

📅 Mondays, November 30–December 21
🕐 1–2 p.m.
📍 Town of Riverview, 15152 Island Lake Rd., Mountain, WI

The series is led by Katie Daul, UW–Madison Division of Extension Lifespan Educator.

✨ It’s FREE to attend!

Caregivers give so much of themselves to others. Taking time to connect with people who understand the journey can be an important part of caring for yourself, too.
