Strong Bodies- Little Suamico

Staying strong and active as we age can make a big difference in maintaining independence and enjoying the activities we love. This StrongBodies session is a 10-week strength training program designed for mid-life and older adults that combines progressive resistance training, balance, and flexibility exercises.

Strength training can help maintain and build muscle, support bone health, improve strength for everyday activities, and make it easier to stay independent. Balance exercises can improve stability and confidence with movement and help reduce the risk of falls. Just as importantly, Strong Bodies provides an opportunity to exercise with others, build connections, and make physical activity a regular part of your routine.

Classes meet twice a week and are led by a trained facilitator. Come get stronger, improve your balance, stay active, and connect with others in your community!
