Looking to build strength, improve balance, and stay active? StrongBodies is an evidence-based strength training program designed especially for mid-life and older adults. Classes focus on progressive resistance training, flexibility, and balance to help you feel stronger, move better, and stay independent.

This 12-week program meets twice weekly and is led by trained facilitator Katie Daul. Youโll follow a structured, progressive plan that helps build strength safely while connecting with others in a supportive group setting.
