StrongBodies is Coming to Gillett

Looking for a safe, supportive way to build strength, improve balance, and stay active? Join us for Strong Bodies, a research-based strength training program designed for mid-life and older adults—and all are welcome!

🗓 Dates: January 5 – March 25
Time: Mondays & Wednesdays, 9:00–10:15 a.m.
📍 Location: Hillside Assembly of God (Gym) 5890 Hwy 22 West, Gillett

This 12-week program includes progressive resistance training, balance training, and flexibility exercises, led by trained facilitator Katie Daul.
